Shipping Conditions
To US 50 States : FREE Shipping 
*Shipping to PO Box, APO and FPO is not  available. 
To Canada and UK : Free Shipping to most areas
Remote Charge may be required for areas designated as Remote by courier companies.

Tracking number will be provided. Due to company policy, we can only ship to the buyers verified billing or PayPal address. Thank you for your understanding, We appreciate your business and want to ensure you a safe and secure transaction. 

 Tax and Duties (In some cases this may apply)
Items are delivered from Japan. In some cases depending on your countries import taxing system, import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price, or shipping cost. These charges are the buyers responsibility, please check your countries customs office to determine what these extra charges may or could be.

Return Policy (Unless otherwise specified on each item)
We have a 14 day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item, to request a return. Please note, returns will have a 15% restocking fee, and the return shipping to Japan, is at buyers expense. To be eligible for a return , the item must be in its original packaging, and unused. For returns, we will send you instructions on how, and where to send your package. Please contact us first, for return questions at info@fast-east.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received the unwanted items. If the item is returned, according to the return policy, you will be refunded within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your credit card company to process and post a refund to your account. If it has been more than 15 days since your refund, and you have not received it, please contact us at info@fast-east.com.
